DESCRIPTION
Located in a small village just south of Gallup is the Zuni Pueblo. This Pueblo is full of artist who inspire our family daily through their beautiful Native American art. Many of the artist in this community are experts at cutting stone and inlaying them which requires the ultimate precision. This tradition is carried on by today’s Zuni artists and they continue to create and improve on the foundation of its original artist. This belt buckle was handcrafted Leander & Liza Othole who have used a mosaic inlay style presented in this work of art. Making up this treasure is Coral, jet, shell, and turquoise stones. Hallmarked with the engraving by the artist and hallmarked with a Sunface symbol.
